Apparently, Nokia’s much rumored Windows RT tablet is nearing launch, and sources from The Verge claim they have more info of the slate beyond the tidbits that surfaced on Chinese publication Digi-Wo a month ago.
The finished design of the tablet is said to resemble a Lumia phone, only larger of course. Another upside, it’s said to be lighter than the current iPad. The tablet has even earned the nickname Sirus, and will pack a Snapdragon 800 processor, an outdoor ready 1080p screen, LTE and 10 hours of battery live. According to Engadget, it would also include both 6-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front cameras. The Sirus is expected to launch on the 26th of September, local availability might be announced around then, so it is quite soon enough.
